So it seems that South Dakota wants to be the top Anti-Abortion state in the United States. In other words they only want to be considered Pro-life. South Daokta is considering making it "ok" to murder doctors or nurses who preform or have anything to do with abortions. But it can't be just anyone who can murder the doctor/nurse, it has to be the woman's father, mother, son , daughter or husband. Better part of it is that it doesn't matter if she wanted the abortion. I smell a contradiction here. Pro-life is one thing but taking someone's life who is already living and has a family is another.
